Xi Sisters and Omega Brothers Leadership Program

The Xi Sisters and Omega Brothers Leadership program is for high school students from 9th-12th grade. Participants engage in community and campus service, enjoy college tours, and are mentored by fraternities and sororities from local colleges. Graduates transition to a one-year college leadership program, all while building leadership skills, serving their communities, and preparing for college. Plus, our Step Dance Program, a part of the Xi and Omega Program, lets students perform in the community, earning graduation sashes/stoles upon completion.

One Year College Transition Program

Graduates, we've got your back! Our program supports you through your first year of college with monthly check-ins, caring mentors, tutoring, and college/career planning assistance. Stay involved with community events and activities while ensuring your success in college!

Youth Empowerment and Development

This program focuses on youth development and empowerment. Participants engage in team-building, self-empowerment courses, and workshops. Youth lead and create activities, shaping the programs offered. With Youth Voice at our core, we provide a platform for young leaders to thrive. Enjoy various workshops, classes, and conferences designed to inspire and empower!

Character Building

We offer youth opportunities to build character through partnerships with various organizations. Participants learn about self-development, citizenship, social justice, leadership, and community service. Our character education programs empower youth to become productive, healthy, and engaged members of society.

Counseling services

We provide counseling referrals and group sessions for youth and families, focusing on self-esteem and empowerment. Our Young Women’s and Young Men’s Empowerment programs tackle topics like healthy relationships, teen dating violence, suicide prevention, bully awareness, anger management, and family dynamics. We also support foster youth through graduation and college transition, partnering with Foster Youth Success Initiative, Long Beach City College, and other organizations dedicated to foster youth success.

Mentoring

We offer one-on-one mentoring with program graduates and community members. Students meet regularly with their mentors, benefiting from personalized guidance. Our business partnerships also provide mentoring opportunities with company owners and managers eager to support our youth.

College and career readiness

Our program offers college workshops, career planning activities, and college tours. Youth can volunteer and intern with partner businesses to explore career options. We provide career and personal assessments to help youth identify their strengths and suitable career paths.

Community service and volunteering

Internships

We offer internships with partner agencies and businesses to help youth explore different career paths. Through hands-on experience and networking with business leaders, students gain valuable skills and insights. These internships enhance job prospects and open doors to future employment opportunities.
